From Science to Humanpreneur

I began my journey as a research scientist, spending 15 years exploring the world of catalysts. But my deep curiosity about human behavior and philosophy led me down a different path—into the world of business—where I found my next laboratory: people.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve studied the human side of entrepreneurship. I discovered that a business is only 10% tangible—while 90% lies in the invisible: mindset, culture, leadership, trust, and alignment.

That realization changed everything.

I no longer saw myself just as an entrepreneur.
I became a Humanpreneur—someone who builds value by empowering people.

As a consultant, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of entrepreneurs solve the human challenges behind their business struggles. By addressing those root causes, they regain control, increase profitability, and amplify their influence—transforming not just their companies, but the world around them.
