One can sum up my professional life by saying I went from accelerating chemical reactions to accelerating business growth and human development.

I had a first life as a research scientist in the field of catalysts for 15 years. Then, driven by a high interest in human sciences and philosophy, I entered the business world, which became my new research and development laboratory.

I have observed small businesses for the last 25 years to isolate the fundamental human factors that support sustainable growth in enterprises. I concluded that a company comprises 10% tangible and 90% intangible elements, and mastering these intangibles generates faster and more sustainable results.

As a consultant, I have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs solve the human problems behind their business problems to regain control, create more profit, and have a more significant impact on society.
